Commercial Product Manager

The Commercial Product Manager for Commercial Burden Carriers shall have the responsibility for all customers and prospects within a defined area. This list is not inclusive. * Source and provide the best solutions for new and existing customers. * Strive for professionalism, observing and complying with all Company regulations and policies. * Represent the Company loyally, faithfully, with honesty and integrity. * Sell the products and services within established Company prices and policies. * Maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts. * This position will maintain an accurate database for each account in their territory. * Ability to produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the Company. * It is expected that performance and results will improve year over year. Required Skills/Abilities:  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills  * Excellent Organizational Time Management skills * Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software   * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.   * Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. * Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments. * Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required. * Qualified candidates must have at least 2-year prior Sales experience * Heavy driving is required as well as towing a trailer. * This position requires excellent customer service and an aptitude for analyzing and solving problems. * Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills. Education/Experience:   Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.  * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; or two years related experience and/or training. Travel Requirement:  * 20% (8 hours a week) * Must be able to be insured by Raymond West. Pay Range: * The salary range for this position is $60,000 with an additional commission and bonus structure. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
