This role works closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Operations, and external partners to keep product initiatives aligned, on schedule, and moving forward.
What You’ll Do

Support product naming, trademark coordination, and documentation in partnership with the Product Manager and Legal
Prepare product content, sales tools, samples, and launch communications
Coordinate sample requests, product reviews, trade show preparation, and product presentation needs
Identify process improvements and take on broader product ownership as experience grows
What It Takes
2–4 years of experience in product management, product development, merchandising, product marketing, or a related role
Experience supporting consumer products, retail, DTC, travel goods, or related industries
Demonstrated ability to manage smaller projects, maintain detailed product information, and coordinate cross-functional teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with consistent follow-through across multiple priorities
Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and alignment from the Product Manager as needed
Capabilities
Strong product and project management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate information and drive deliverables
Ability to independently manage smaller workstreams and follow through across multiple priorities
