The team provides DTCC’s portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency.  Pay and Benefits:   * Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive * Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location * Pension / Retirement benefits * Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. * DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).  The impact you will have in this role: As a Senior Associate – Innovations & Data within the Asset Services team, you will help lead the development and execution of the security reference data, advancing the use of the innovative technologies to strengthen the foundation of DTCC’s post-trade ecosystem.  You will act as a partner for results, collaborating across product, technology, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that enhance client value and operational excellence. In this role, you will drive change and help shape the vision of the Asset Services department, supporting its transformation into a more agile, data-centric, and innovation-led organization. Your contributions will directly influence the evolution of market infrastructure and position Asset Services for sustained success in an increasingly digital and interconnected financial landscape.   Your Primary Responsibilities:   * Support the team’s security reference data / corporate actions announcements data strategy ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards and modernization objectives across Asset Services. * Advance the use of innovative technologies such as AI (agentic AI processes), data automation, and cloud platforms to strengthen data integrity, processing efficiency, and gain business insights. * Monitor key innovation initiatives and report on progress helping leadership measure impact, manage risk, and sustain momentum in the transformation agenda. * Assist in shaping the future-state vision of Asset Services by translating strategic priorities into actionable data and technology-driven projects. * Partner cross-functionally with product, technology, the data office, and operations to identify, design and deliver innovative data solutions that enhance quality, timeliness, and usability. * Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to explore interoperability, reference data distribution, and new value creation opportunities. * Develop analytical models and performance metrics that provide transparency into data accuracy, completeness, and client value delivery. * Help embed change-management efforts to support a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Asset Services team. **NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of related experience in product management role specializing in data management, data strategy and / or technology innovation * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field Talents Needed for Success: * Trusted communicator presenters who articulates complex ideas clearly and persuasively across technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and confidence. * Experience in financial services data domains such as reference data, corporate actions, and securities masterfile data. * Results-oriented contributor, who balances strategic vision with disciplined execution while delivering consistent progress against milestones.  * Inclusive collaborator, who values diverse perspectives, ensuring solutions are holistic, equitable and representative of the broader organization’s needs. * Owner mindset, who operates with accountability and initiative and who treats every innovation, dataset and deliverable as an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Asset Services team. * Innovative thinker, who constantly explores new technologies and data methodologies, bringing creative solutions that challenge legacy processes and elevate organizational capabilities. * Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools including Snowflake and SQL with an eagerness to explore AI and automation technologies. * Change advocate, who thrives in dynamic transformation settings, helping others adapt to new processes, tools and mindsets that advance the team’s modernization agenda. * Experience supporting transformation or modernization initiatives ideally within a large financial firm with a complex operating environment. * Data-driven decision maker, who uses evidence and analytics to guide recommendations, ensuring business outcomes are rooted in accuracy, insight and measurable impact with the ability to translate complex data challenges into clear business insights. * Curious learner, who demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, seeking opportunities to expand technical knowledge and business acumen with ability to partner across business lines, technology and operational areas, building trust and alignment.   The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
