About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Product Manager based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered insurance technology by leading product strategy and transforming complex workflows. The position focuses on turning business challenges into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, customer outcomes, and operational performance. You will collaborate closely with engineering, business stakeholders, brokers, customers, and industry partners to define impactful products. The role combines product leadership, technical fluency, AI innovation, and strong business judgment. You will own product direction for a dedicated business area, from identifying opportunities through adoption and measurable results. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial product leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building solutions that redefine how work gets done. \n Accountabilities: Own the product roadmap and strategy for a dedicated business area, identifying high-value problems and opportunities through direct engagement with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Translate business objectives into clear product initiatives that drive measurable outcomes and support strategic priorities. Prioritize initiatives, defend product sequencing decisions, and align resources to deliver the highest-impact solutions. Define high-level product requirements for launchable projects, ensuring teams have the clarity needed to estimate, plan, and execute effectively. Partner with engineering leadership to align business needs with technical solutions, owning the product vision while collaborating on implementation approaches. Evaluate product opportunities involving AI transformation, determining where automation, human judgment, and intelligent workflows should be applied. Design AI-enabled workflows, including fallback strategies, escalation paths, and feedback loops to ensure reliable outcomes. Assess new ideas and prototypes based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment. Review project requirements, validate problem-solution fit, and ensure delivered products address the intended customer and business needs. Monitor adoption, usage metrics, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and future investments. Drive product adoption through documentation, training, demonstrations, and ongoing stakeholder support. Collaborate with other product leaders to identify opportunities for shared solutions and avoid duplicated efforts. Requirements: Experience owning a product area within an insurtech, B2B SaaS, regulated industry, or similarly complex technology environment. Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and make difficult trade-off decisions. Demonstrated success driving product adoption and measuring business impact beyond initial launches. Experience leading products where AI significantly changed workflows, decision-making processes, or operational models. Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on system boundaries, data flows, and technical trade-offs. Comfortable using AI tools within daily workflows and evaluating emerging AI capabilities. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product direction for technical teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Experience working with distributed and remote teams. Curiosity about insurance, risk management, or related domains; experience with insurance business models is a plus. High emotional intelligence, low ego, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Benefits: Competitive annual salary range of $170,000–$210,000 based on experience, location, market conditions, and internal equity. Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere. Flexible time off policy. Stock options opportunity. Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage. 401(k) retirement plan. Parental leave benefits. Home office allowance to support a productive remote workspace. Wellness stipend and professional development reimbursement. Book stipend for continued learning and growth. Opportunities to participate in charitable contribution matching programs. Collaborative culture focused on innovation, autonomy, wellness, and professional development. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
