Our partner is looking for a Sr./Group Product Manager โ€“ Merchant and Partner Onboarding based in United States. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader to shape and optimize the onboarding journey for merchants and strategic partners within a fast-growing payments ecosystem. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from strategy through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive adoption and business growth. You will influence roadmap priorities, leverage customer insights and data to guide product decisions, and help deliver seamless onboarding experiences. Working in a highly collaborative, remote environment, you'll partner with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and executive leadership while contributing to long-term product innovation. Depending on experience, you may also mentor Product Managers and help elevate product management best practices across the organization. \n Accountabilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant and partner onboarding, from ideation and strategy through launch, optimization, and ongoing enhancements. Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and execution plans that improve onboarding experiences, increase customer adoption, and support revenue growth. Gather and analyze customer, market, and business data to identify opportunities, validate product concepts, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product development teams to design, build, and deliver scalable onboarding capabilities. Partner with sales, marketing, customer support, and training teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, demonstrations, and enablement materials. Monitor product performance by defining KPIs, reporting on key metrics, and using insights to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, product quality, and successful implementation of new features and integrations. Depending on role level, mentor and coach Product Managers while fostering collaboration, accountability, and product excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery in cross-functional environments, ideally within fintech, payments, or lending. At least 4 years of experience managing third-party API integrations and delivering complex platform capabilities. Previous experience mentoring or leading Product Managers is preferred. Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, requirements definition, roadmap planning, acceptance criteria, and agile product development methodologies. Hands-on experience with Design Thinking, Lean Product Management, experimentation frameworks, MVP development, and A/B testing. Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, interpreting product data, and making data-driven decisions. Experience using SQL and managing Power BI reports and dashboards. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
