Accountabilities:
The Senior Product Manager, Family will lead the strategy, development, and growth of family-oriented financial experiences, ensuring products deliver meaningful value to customers while supporting long-term business goals.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for family investing experiences, from initial discovery through adoption and habit formation.
Create consumer-first products from the ground up, designing intuitive tools that introduce children and families to investing concepts.
Partner closely with design, engineering, research, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Use customer research, behavioral insights, and data analysis to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
Balance long-term product vision with rapid experimentation, prioritizing initiatives that create sustainable customer value.
Lead cross-functional teams through product development, ensuring alignment on priorities, execution, and outcomes.
Define strategies that align customer success with business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on user trust and financial well-being.
Advocate for customer needs and ensure product decisions support meaningful improvements in financial education and wealth-building behaviors.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in building consumer products, leading ambiguous initiatives, and creating engaging user experiences.
8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building successful consumer-facing products.
Experience leading zero-to-one product initiatives or highly complex product transformations.
Strong product intuition combined with analytical thinking, customer empathy, and strategic decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to create products that drive engagement, retention, habit formation, or customer loyalty.
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, research, and business stakeholders.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where innovation and experimentation are essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence teams and leadership through clear product strategies.
Passion for creating products that improve people's lives and align with a meaningful mission.
Experience with consumer growth, onboarding, activation, marketplaces, social products, creator platforms, or network-effect products is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity or experience contributing to AI-powered product features is an advantage.
Fintech experience is not required; experience building exceptional consumer products is highly valued.
