The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution of key product areas across insurance, institutional, and ecosystem solutions.
This position requires deep industry expertise combined with strong product leadership to simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences.
Working closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams, the role will drive products from early concepts through launch and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will influence product direction, build trusted customer relationships, and represent the organization as a subject matter expert.

Accountabilities:
The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for critical financial planning solutions. This role combines product leadership, domain expertise, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver differentiated products that create meaningful value.
Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for insurance, institutional, and ecosystem product offerings.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, development, go-to-market collaboration, launch, and post-launch optimization.
Translate complex insurance, retirement, tax, and financial planning concepts into simple, intuitive product experiences for advisors and end clients.
Build and maintain strong feedback loops with customers, prospects, partners, and industry experts to continuously improve product direction.
Define product success metrics, analyze performance, and use insights to guide ongoing improvements.
Make evidence-based prioritization decisions and communicate product trade-offs clearly across stakeholders.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent execution and successful market adoption.
Lead and develop Product Owners by providing mentorship, setting expectations, and improving product execution capabilities.
Maintain awareness of regulatory, tax, insurance, and market changes to anticipate opportunities and risks affecting product strategy.
Represent the organization externally through customer discussions, industry events, written content, and thought leadership opportunities.
Align product initiatives with broader business objectives, growth strategies, and revenue goals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with deep expertise in insurance, annuities, financial planning, and building technology solutions for financial professionals.
Expert-level understanding of insurance products, including how insurance is designed, distributed, and compensated across the industry.
Extensive knowledge of annuity products and retirement income planning.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and advisor use cases.
Working knowledge of tax planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer concepts, with the ability to incorporate these considerations into product decisions.
Experience in product management, product strategy, and roadmap ownership within financial services, WealthTech, insurance technology, or related industries.
Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and user-friendly product experiences.
Strong customer and market research skills with the ability to gather insights and apply them to product strategy.
Demonstrated success managing full product lifecycles from concept through launch and continuous iteration.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Experience managing and developing Product Owners or similar product professionals.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to executives, customers, and industry audiences.
Ability to make strategic decisions, prioritize effectively, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry regulations, market trends, and product best practices.
