The Marketing team of the Keysight Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions organization is looking for Product Manager, Interferometer Electronics.
Help coordinate the development of new and customized products that enhance the value and competitive position of Keysight’s industry-focused solutions. This role is accountable for enabling solutions business growth by helping to develop electro-optical solutions.
Key activities include coordination and communication between factory and field teams on key initiatives, driving Product Lifecycle early phase activities to completion, project milestone generation, reviewing and interpreting technical specifications, and coordinating project deliverables and schedules .
The ideal candidate is an energetic, innovative, great communicator who can work across functions, cultures and has a strong ability to manage by influence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be the focal point for consolidating and prioritizing customer requirements for new products and product extensions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers.
Develop pricing models for proposed new product and product extensions.
Collaborate with other functions, including Order Fulfilment, R&D and Sales Operations to plan and execute the implementation of solution launches as needed via the Product Lifecycle process. This includes helping outline scope, schedule, resource requirements, and participating in forecasting.
Create project schedules using project management software/tools to adhere to project deadlines.
Serve as key customer interface for assigned projects, providing superior support, and effectively managing demanding customers.
Provide updates on the progress of projects to management stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Master’s Degree or MBA, a plus.
5 or more years of relevant experience in Product Marketing and/or Sales and/or Business Development in electronic or industrial Test and Measurement
Ability to articulate technical concepts
Understanding of the semiconductor capex equipment market is a plus
High tolerance for ambiguity, results-oriented, meets timelines, handles pressure while working positively in a collaborative manner. Works with uncompromising integrity
Proven planning and organization skills, including time management. Experience with Lifecycle management of products or services is highly desirable
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships cross-functionally and at all levels
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, oral, and written communication skills
Comfortable presenting to high-level audiences both internally and externally
Pay Range:
USD $148,080.00 - USD $246,790.00 Year
