About the role
A Day in the Life:
The Payments Product team is responsible for creating frictionless, secure
payment experiences while optimizing operational performance and managing risk.
As Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of critical payment
operations capabilities, including transaction processing, dispute management,
and financial operations. You will deliver innovative solutions that improve
efficiency, reduce losses, enhance customer experiences, and drive business
impact through close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
The starting salary for this role is $150,000, commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do
* Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment
operations, transaction management, and chargeback capabilities
* Identify and deliver opportunities to improve transaction success rates,
streamline dispute resolution, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance
customer experiences
* Own product initiatives from concept through delivery, partnering closely
with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize requirements
and execute against the roadmap
* Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, customer support, legal,
compliance, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver solutions that drive
measurable business value
* Establish, monitor, and leverage performance metrics, reporting, and
analytics to improve transaction processing, dispute outcomes, operational
efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
* Use customer insights, operational data, market research, and industry trends
to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
* Evaluate emerging technologies and third-party solutions, build business
cases, and drive executive alignment and organizational adoption of new
capabilities
* Make data-driven product decisions that balance customer needs, operational
requirements, risk considerations, and business objectives

What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering,
or a related field preferred
* 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience, including product
vision, strategy, development, prioritization, testing, launch, performance
measurement, and continuous improvement
* Proven ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external
stakeholders across functions, teams, and locations
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with
the ability to balance strategic priorities and drive results
* Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and organizational change
in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time management,
and prioritization skills
* Self-motivated and adaptable, with a positive attitude, goal-oriented
mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision while
maintaining focus on the bigger picture
