Accountabilities:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and execution for a key customer-facing platform, acting as the connection point between customer needs, business objectives, and technical delivery. You will drive measurable improvements through thoughtful prioritization, data-driven decisions, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and broader business objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of the product ecosystem, user journeys, technical capabilities, and future growth opportunities.
Evaluate existing features, workflows, and technical constraints to identify opportunities for innovation, scalability, and improved user experiences.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic importance.
Identify opportunities involving AI, personalization, collaboration, and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Define and track key product metrics related to activation, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation processes to support informed product decisions.
Conduct customer research, interviews, surveys, usability testing, and market analysis to uncover user needs and opportunities.
Translate customer insights into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable recommendations.
Lead initiatives from discovery through launch while managing dependencies, risks, and execution priorities.
Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and business impact to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in building customer-focused technology products. You should combine strategic vision with strong execution skills, using data, research, and collaboration to drive meaningful outcomes.
8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior product management role.
Proven experience owning product areas or portfolios from strategy and discovery through execution and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing products within technology, SaaS, consumer, or B2B2C environments.
Experience managing products serving multiple user groups, personas, or stakeholder communities.
Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics and business intelligence tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar platforms.
Ability to independently analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into product recommendations.
Experience creating product metrics frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation strategies.
Strong customer empathy and product judgment with the ability to balance qualitative feedback and quantitative insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to simplify complex challenges, build alignment, and drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Proven ability to lead through influence and deliver results without direct authority.
Preferred experience in EdTech, consumer products, publishing, content platforms, marketplaces, AI-powered features, personalization, or recommendation systems.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
