You will own the lifecycle of AI-powered capabilities, from defining product vision and requirements to driving successful delivery.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with engineering, UX, research, security, and go-to-market teams.
You will help shape AI product roadmaps, improve user experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
The Lead Product Manager – AI Solutions will lead the development and evolution of AI-driven product capabilities, ensuring solutions meet customer needs while aligning with technical possibilities, business objectives, and responsible AI practices.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and capabilities, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and continuous improvement.
Define product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and success criteria for assigned AI solutions and capabilities.
Translate customer needs, market insights, and technical opportunities into clear product requirements and actionable delivery plans.
Partner with engineering teams on AI experimentation, model evaluation, tuning opportunities, and release readiness assessments.
Drive continuous improvement of AI features by analyzing customer feedback, usage data, and AI performance signals.
Establish evaluation criteria, feedback mechanisms, and quality measures to ensure AI capabilities deliver reliable customer value.
Define and monitor product metrics, using insights to guide roadmap investments and product iterations.
Collaborate with UX, security, governance, research, and go-to-market teams to deliver customer-ready AI experiences.
Apply responsible AI principles, including transparency, privacy, security, traceability, bias awareness, and auditability.
Support the growth of AI product practices by mentoring or coaching junior product team members when needed.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with practical AI knowledge and the ability to operate across business and technical teams. This role requires experience delivering AI-powered products, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on AI product management experience, including commercial launches of AI-driven or data-intensive product capabilities.
Experience defining requirements for AI-powered features, integrations, and intelligent workflows.
Strong understanding of modern AI systems, AI agents, experimentation approaches, and product implications of AI technologies.
Ability to use AI tools directly for rapid prototyping, product exploration, and solution validation.
Experience working with engineering teams on model evaluation, experimentation, tuning, and iterative improvements.
Strong analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics and using data to guide product decisions.
Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, transparency, compliance, and risk management.
Ability to create or curate representative mock or synthetic datasets for experimentation and validation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Experience mentoring or coaching product professionals is a plus.

Base salary range of $157,900 - $205,400 depending on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
