About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI based in United States. We are seeking an experienced product leader to define and drive the AI strategy for a next-generation platform transforming commercial real estate workflows. In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered capabilities that help professionals work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customers to turn real-world challenges into scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, technical depth, and a practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations. You will shape how intelligent assistants, automation, and AI-driven workflows are built, measured, and improved. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on product thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building innovative products from the ground up. \n Accountabilities: As a Senior Product Manager, AI, you will lead the development of AI-powered product experiences by connecting customer needs, technical possibilities, and measurable business outcomes. You will define quality standards, guide execution, and ensure AI features deliver reliable value through thoughtful product strategy and continuous iteration. Define the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap, determining which capabilities to build, prioritize, and scale. Work directly with customers to understand workflows, validate assumptions, test AI capabilities, and translate insights into product decisions. Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver AI-powered features from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, quality considerations, and business goals. Create and maintain evaluation frameworks, quality benchmarks, and success criteria for AI features. Determine when to use deterministic systems versus LLM-based approaches to deliver the most accurate and reliable user experiences. Design and improve prompts, retrieval strategies, context management, and AI workflows using measurable results rather than assumptions. Establish AI safety and reliability standards, including grounding strategies, permission controls, hallucination prevention, and failure recovery processes. Translate user workflows into clear product specifications covering triggers, data inputs, outputs, safeguards, and user experiences. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve challenges, clarify requirements, and accelerate delivery. Monitor product and AI performance metrics, including adoption, task success, accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on product manager who understands AI technologies, enjoys solving complex problems, and can balance innovation with practical execution. You should be comfortable working with uncertainty, making data-informed decisions, and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams. 5+ years of experience in product management, including experience launching AI/ML or LLM-powered features used by real customers. Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and execution in fast-paced technology environments. Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, Replit, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and practical LLM capabilities. Experience conducting customer discovery, user interviews, workflow analysis, and translating insights into product priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to build high-quality software products. Technical depth to discuss tradeoffs involving models, data, infrastructure, latency, and product quality. Strong analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics and using evidence to guide decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments and making thoughtful decisions with incomplete information. Builder mindset with curiosity, experimentation, and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies. Experience with assistants, copilots, agentic products, vertical SaaS, commercial real estate, or related industries is a plus. Benefits: Competitive compensation range of $150,000 - $170,000. Fully remote work environment open across most locations in the United States. Flexible PTO policy, paid company holidays, paid parental leave, and dedicated give-back days. Comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, fully covered dental and vision premiums, HSA contributions, telemedicine, and wellness benefits. Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage. 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match and immediate vesting. Annual remote work reimbursement to support a distributed work setup. Opportunity to work on challenging AI problems with a collaborative and supportive team. Professional growth opportunities in a culture that encourages ownership, creativity, and bringing your authentic self to work. Occasional travel opportunities for customer meetings, conferences, team events, and company gatherings. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
