About the role
What You'll Do
We’re building a system that helps our leaders make better technology investment decisions—faster and with confidence.
As a Product Manager on Portfolio & Application Intelligence, you’ll work at the intersection of data, architecture, and business strategy to turn fragmented, often incomplete information into decision-ready insights.
This is more than a reporting product. It’s a decision product—where success is measured by whether teams can confidently decide what to invest in, modernize, or retire.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into complex, detail‑heavy problem spaces and turning them into clear, usable experiences—motivated by helping teams make better decisions, not just delivering features.
You’ll work closely with architects, engineering, and data partners to bring structure to complexity and create products that are both deeply informed and easy to use.
What You’ll Do
Own the Portfolio & Application Intelligence Product Space (Core)
Key areas of impact:
Enable better decisions: Help teams and leaders move from debating what’s true to deciding what to do by partnering across data owners, architects, and stakeholders to bring structure, trust, and direction to incomplete but maturing data.
Connect the bigger picture: Partner across architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring together applications, cost, risk, dependencies, and business context
Build trust in data: Improve visibility, quality, and shared understanding of the portfolio with insights that foster action
Continuously improve how we work: Reduce manual effort and ambiguity through automation, AI, and smarter workflows
Design with the user in mind: Bring strong customer empathy and UX instincts to shape intuitive experiences that help users quickly understand complex information and make confident decisions
Support the Broader Product Family
Partner closely with product leadership to support the larger product family as it evolves
Ensure continuity and reinforcement across products within the decision value stream to drive aligned outcomes
Success in this role looks like:
Leaders can confidently decide where to invest vs. retire without repeated debate
Teams trust portfolio data without revalidation
Dependencies and risks are surfaced earlier in decision-making
Decision-making becomes faster and more consistent across teams
