As a Product Manager in the U.S. Virtual Solutions Product Team, you are an
integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the
end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting
as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide
customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off
the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial
feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to
scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer
expectations.

Job responsibilities
* Define and execute end‑to‑end product strategy and vision for U.S. Virtual
Solutions, which is anchored to customer value, revenue, and profitability
goals
* Lead discovery and market research; synthesize insights into the roadmap and
investment theses
* Develop and prioritize the Regional product backlog to deliver the strategic
roadmap and value proposition
* Establish a measurement framework and KPIs; track costs, adoption, risk
posture, reliability, and outcomes
* Identify, validate, and scale high‑value use cases with cross‑functional
partners (Sales, Client Service, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal,
Controls)
* Review product financials and performance trends; partner with Finance to
diagnose drivers and course‑correct
* Analyze product, client, and operational data to surface insights and inform
prioritization and trade‑offs
* Lead end‑to‑end issue triage and resolution for client and operational
matters; capture learnings and implement preventive actions
* Track and report incoming inquiries; build reporting that illuminates U.S.
market performance and stakeholder needs
* Communicate priorities, progress, and impact via clear, concise,
executive‑ready materials and presentations
* Close stakeholder knowledge gaps through training, documentation, and ongoing

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Â
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a
relevant domain area
* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data
analytics
* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery,
ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value
management
* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and
problem‑solving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data
* Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service,
Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results
* Persistence in determining root cause and engaging stakeholders to drive
resolution
* Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to
closure
* Strong communication and influence skills; clear, executive‑ready written and
verbal communication

* Experience with payments, treasury services, or account/virtual account
