As a Product Manager in Payments- Emerging Rails, you are an integral part of
the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product
life cycle. As a core leader, you will drive the strategy, development, and
commercialization of innovative instant payment solutions that deliver
differentiated client experiences. Leveraging an entrepreneurial mindset and
deep understanding of global payment trends, you will help shape the future of
real-time settlement capabilities and value-added services. The role requires
close collaboration across business, technology, and control functions to
accelerate growth, enhance client adoption, and ensure solutions are delivered
within the firm's risk and governance frameworks.

Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
* Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability, assuming
responsibility for the Product P&L and driving high-quality growth in the
alternative rails portfolio
* Contribute to defining the vision, international strategy and global roadmap
for the product line, considering the growing ubiquity of emerging payment
rails
* Take proactive initiatives in identifying new opportunities to go grow the
product through market discovery, develop business cases, advocate for
internal investment, define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of product launch, including planning,
execution, risk management
* Manage executive stakeholder relationships, regularly communicating product
strategy, progress, and performance to senior management
* Independently handle product-related conversations with institutional
clients, representing the bank’s interests and expertise
* Represent JPMorgan in industry forums and drive market advocacy efforts to
transform the payments landscape
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Risk, Controls, Legal,
Compliance) to ensure a robust risk and controls environment and a resilient
and stable platform
* Partner with technology teams on a multiyear strategic roadmap, guiding
products from concept through delivery and post-release
* Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify
opportunities for product differentiation and enhancement to achieve business
objectives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience with a strong track record of ownership and
accountability for Product P&L and Business Growth
* Familiarity with payment rail buying behavior of institutional clients across
use cases of varied client segment - Corporate, Banks, Non-Bank FIs, Payments
Fintech and Innovation Economy
* Fundamental understanding of clearing house rules
* Global mind-set to strategize for international expansion of products;
thought leadership in area of emerging payments
* Experience in driving collaboration with global, cross-cultural teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including
presenting strategy and performance updates to senior executives

* Exposure to wider transaction banking suite such as Liquidity products,
Account Services, Global Wires
* Experience of direct engagement with clients, market institutions and process
auditors
