About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital applications and services for a government client. This role requires a strategic product leader who can drive digital transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver user-centered solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead digital products through the full product lifecycle, from planning to continuous delivery. Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business and user needs. Prioritize product features using user research, analytics, and business goals. Collaborate with program owners, UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Define and monitor KPIs to drive continuous product improvements. Champion Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management. Proven experience managing products through the complete SDLC. Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization. Experience using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., Google Analytics) to support product decisions. Experience working across multiple platforms, technologies, and cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
