The Product Manager will own key growth and engagement initiatives across consumer-facing experiences, from strategy through execution and launch.

Accountabilities:
The Product Manager - Growth & Engagement will be responsible for driving product initiatives that increase customer engagement, improve retention, and support business growth through innovative digital experiences.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for growth and engagement features, including referrals, notifications, alerts, and other customer-facing experiences.
Define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and manage execution from ideation through design, development, testing, and launch.
Develop and integrate AI-powered product experiences that enhance customer value and improve how users interact with financial tools.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and engagement improvements.
Create and validate go-to-market strategies, including target audiences, success metrics, positioning, and differentiation.
Partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, risk, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
Balance speed, product quality, and long-term customer impact when making strategic decisions.
Analyze product performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize experiences.
Contribute to broader product strategy and roadmap development with an increasing focus on AI-native solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience building consumer digital products, strong product leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
4-8 years of product management experience, with demonstrated success building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
Proven experience improving growth, retention, engagement, or customer lifecycle metrics.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams.
Experience using AI tools and applying AI-driven thinking to product development and decision-making.
Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver meaningful outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working with teams across engineering, compliance, risk, operations, and go-to-market functions.
Working knowledge of financial markets and investing concepts, including how events such as earnings, dividends, and economic changes influence markets.
Passion for creating simple, intuitive, and high-quality customer experiences.
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.
