This role offers the opportunity to define and accelerate growth strategies for a leading B2B SaaS product in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. You will own the growth vision, roadmap, and execution across the customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to activation and expansion. The position combines product strategy, experimentation, analytics, and customer insight to create meaningful business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams to build scalable growth systems. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where strong judgment, creativity, and data-driven decision-making are essential. You will help shape how customers discover, adopt, and expand their use of innovative products, including AI-powered solutions. \n Accountabilities The Lead/Principal Product Manager, Growth will own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle. This role focuses on improving acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion while building scalable frameworks that enable teams to deliver impactful growth outcomes. Own the end-to-end growth roadmap, including signup experiences, onboarding, activation, trial conversion, and in-product expansion opportunities. Define and execute growth strategies that improve customer adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion. Build and manage a high-impact experimentation program, developing hypotheses, analyzing results, and identifying meaningful growth opportunities. Establish metrics, frameworks, and best practices that allow teams across the organization to independently execute growth initiatives. Improve product discovery and adoption experiences, helping customers identify and use additional solutions that meet their evolving needs. Partner closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts across the customer lifecycle. Use customer research, behavioral data, and market insights to identify opportunities and influence product strategy. Contribute strategic recommendations related to pricing, packaging, and product positioning. Create clear product narratives, briefs, and documentation that help teams make informed decisions. Advocate for outcome-driven product development by focusing on measurable customer and business impact rather than feature delivery alone. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve research, experimentation, prototyping, and product decision-making processes. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS growth, experimentation, and customer-centric product strategy. This role requires someone who combines analytical thinking, strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. 5+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of growth initiatives in B2B SaaS environments. Proven experience improving customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, and expansion metrics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, design experiments, interpret data, and make informed decisions. Experience building experimentation frameworks, growth models, and scalable product processes. Ability to think strategically about customer outcomes, business impact, and long-term product direction. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and product-led growth strategies. Experience using AI tools for research, strategy development, prototyping, and customer insights. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear product documents, narratives, and strategic recommendations. Ability to influence engineers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders without direct authority. Strong customer empathy and experience translating customer feedback into product improvements. Ability to prioritize effectively and make high-impact decisions in a fast-moving environment. Experience building products for business users, support teams, or operational teams is highly valuable. Benefits Competitive salary range of $172,000 - $248,000 with equity opportunities.
